The Vice-President of Indonesia Mr. Jusuf Kalla and the Deputy CEO of SE “Ukrinmash” Yuriy Shramko have discussed the issues of military and technical cooperation, in particular in the aviation, navy, avionics and armored fields.
During the meeting it has been emphasized that technology transfer and exchange of experience will be crucial in development of strategic partnership.
Is it is known, 5 of August 2016 during the visit of the President of Ukraine Mr. Petro Poroshenko to Indonesia, the Agreement on Military and Technical Cooperation was entered into between Ukraine and Indonesia.
The Agreement initiates general strategic principles of development of bilateral cooperation in the field of defense between the two countries in the areas which are of mutual interests, comply with the legislations of two countries and, keep to the principles of mutual respect, trust and benefits.
